A judicial magistrate on Friday sent former test cricketer Ijaz Ahmed on fourteen days judicial remand and adjourned his bail application till Saturday (today). The magistrate also directed the police to produce his case record before the court on the next hearing.
While talking to the media Ijaz Ahmed said that the cases against him were false and soon it would be proved. Gulberg Investigation Police had arrested cricketer Ijaz Ahmad in two cheques (worth Rs 10.5 million) dishonour cases, registered against him on the complaint of his two business partners.
