Bulls commanded the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed plus signs under the lead of trend-setters amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an increase of 44.23 points, as the ISE Ten Index moved from 1,750.61 to 1,794.84 points.
The overall volume amounted to 2,747,726 shares as compared to previous turnover of 3,671,405 shares. Total 121 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of companies (77) closed in positive territory, 44 closed in negative zone, whereas zero company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of NIB Bank was 502,500 shares. The turnover of Bank of Punjab was 332,800 shares. The turnover of Bank Al-Falah was 237,900 shares.
