NWFP Senior Minister Bashir Ahmed Bilour said on Wednesday that provincial administration was discussing modalities for the establishment of Qazi courts and implementation of Nizam-e-Adl Regulation with representative of Tehrik Nafaz Shariat Muhammadi.
Talking to Aaj, he said the security situation was improving after the peace agreement with TNSM, adding Nizam-e-Adl was demand of local people to get speedy and cheap justice. Replying to a question, he said the government had so far taken all constitutional steps including implementation of Nazam-e-Adl. The minister said the peace agreement would isolate criminals from the general public.
