NWFP Chief Minister, Amir Haider Hoti said on Wednesday that provincial government will implement Nizam-e-Adl regulation so that people can get speedy and affordable justice in Malakand Division. Talking to PTV, he said 'Nizam-e-Adl regulation will be implemented in letter and spirit in the earliest possible time.'

Hoti said all the political forces were taken on board on Nizam-e-Adl regulation. He said national assembly having representation from across the country had voted for NAR. The NWFP CM also thanked President, Prime Minister and other political parties for supporting the NAR. He said some elements wanted to sabotage the system in Swat, Dir and Buner, but the government would take strict action against those spreading terror and want to establish parallel government in the province.
Further, he said the situation in Swat was returning to normalcy and boys and girls schools have reopened in the areas. Hoti also said that joint efforts are required to deal with terrorism and extremism. To a question, he said Sufi Muhammad is a peaceful person. His remarks about democracy, high and supreme courts are his personal views, he said adding that Taliban should lay down their arms, as peace and arms cannot go side by side.
