Sufi Mohammad not flouting agreement: Imran

Chairman of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan speaking on the 13th foundation day of his party here on Sunday said Sufi Muhammad was not flouting agreement with the government but Quran-e-Pak. He said they would not accept anybody who did not believe in the constitution of the Country.
The PTI Chief said policies of Pervez Musharraf had done havoc with the Country and the armed forces. He said still those who wanted their right were faced with military intervention. He said his party was the only party that had not come into existence through support of bureaucracy or military.
Imran said that elections would be held regularly in his party and appointed Hamid Khan as the Election Commissioner. The PTI Chairman further dilating said that murder of Akbar Bugti was tragic and said that he was fighting for the rights of the Baloch people. He said he would have come into power by becoming a lota whenever he wanted so. He said NRO was flouting basic rights of the people and because of that dacoits were ruling. He said MQM leader was not in jail because he was saying yes to Britain and US.
He said they only sought aid from Almighty Allah and not from bureaucracy or US. He said they would ensure supremacy of the Constitution. Imran said they always stood with the deprived segments of the society, including Balochi, Sindhi, Pathan and Punjabi. Talking about rights of the women, he said they would ensure them. Talking further about Balochs rights, he said had Pervaiz Musharraf accepted their genuine demands, millions of rupees would not have been spent on country's security.
He appreciated role of media and lawyers on the occasion and said by now 70 drone attacks on Pak soil were made, in which 700 people died of which there were only 14 al Qaida people, he added. He said Altaf Hussain was talking much of Swat, but why he was not talking about Afia Siddiqui's repatriation, he asked.
