Three alleged Indian spies arrested

The local Police on Monday carried out raids at different parts of the city on a tip of intelligence agencies and arrested three persons, working for Indian intelligence agency Research and Analyst Wing (RAW), in Gujranwala. According to Police sources, the suspected agents, who were residing at Gujranwala and Nankana Sahib, had assembled at a rented room at Gujranwala and were preparing to leave for Hassanabdal to meet another agent there.
A pistol, fake identity card and few visiting cards were recovered from their possession. Police had withheld names of the arrested Indian agents and are trying to bust the whole network. Police expect more arrests soon.
