Gold prices on Saturday declined by Rs 300 per tola and Rs 257 per 10 grams in the local market, traders said. Gold was available at Rs 29,100 per tola on Friday on the local market which reduced to Rs 28,800, while its price of 10 grams came down to Rs 24,685 from Rs 24,942 in a single day trading.
In the world market, gold price decreased by 20 dollar an ounce to 956 dollar from 976 dollar, they said. Silver price of 10 grams went down to Rs 342.85 from Rs 385, while price of per tola silver remained unchanged at Rs 400, traders said, adding that in the world market it stayed at 15 dollar an ounce.
