The Development Working Party (DWP) of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has approved six projects of Rs 902.354 million and it was decided that the work on these projects will be started soon. The CDA Development Working Party met the other day at CDA headquarters with Tariq Mahmood Khan, Chairman CDA in the chair.
The meeting discussed a number of up coming development schemes. The development projects include Rs 17.540 million project of construction of 120 kitchens in A and B type Government quarters in CDA colony Sector G-7/1, Islamabad, Rs 39.076 million project of shifting and construction of Masjid Al-Khyzer opposite sector F-6/2, Rs 761.960 million project of construction of underpass on 7th Avenue, Rs 17.001 million project of protection work of 36" dia MS. Line crossing in Korung River (National Park Area) Islamabad, Rs 21.109 million project of construction of RCC Protection Wall along J. Salik Colony, Sector G-8/1, Rs 45.848 million project of construction of Canine Centre in Sector H-11/3, Islamabad.
The meeting was attended by members of the CDA Board besides senior officers of Cabinet Division and Planning Commission.
