Nespak to build 11-storey parking plaza

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Nespak) has prepared a detailed design for an 11-storey parking plaza which is being built at Jhika Gali in Murree by the government of Punjab. Estimated cost of this parking plaza is Rs 1.3 billion, the parking plaza will be large enough to accommodate 1200 vehicles. It will also have shops, restaurant, management office and rest of the areas for the staff and the drivers.
The plaza will be equipped with a Public Address System, a close circuit TV and a computerised vehicle entry -cum-exit system to ensure safe and efficient management of parking space. Rawalpindi Development Authority has also engaged Nespak for preparing an engineering design of a plaza near Fawwara Chowk in Rawalpindi.
