26 Jun, 2009

Chicago Board of Trade soyabeans and soyameal rose to one-week highs early Thursday, with meal leading the way on USDA's confirmation of strong export sales from last week, traders said. July soybeans were up 13 cents at $11.98 a bushel early and July soyameal was $5 per ton higher at $397.50. July wheat down 4-1/2 cents per bushel at $5.35-1/4.
Harvest pressure, abundant world supplies weigh. Support seen as US dollar backs off highs. July corn up 1/4 cent per bushel at $3.86-3/4. Good crop-growing weather weighs. Market locked in tight range ahead of USDA June 30 acreage report.
