Punjab government achieves record development: minister

Punjab Minister for Law, Rana Sanaullha Khan, has said that the present Punjab government under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, has obtained record achievements regarding the public welfare and development activities within short span of times. He further said that the special attention was given on those constituencies, which were neglected by the previous government.
He was addressing a gathering of party workers, local bodies representatives and the people of his constituency at Samundri Road here, which was arranged to celebrate the one-year performance regarding the services and development extended by the Law minister in his constituency.
When the minister reached in the public gathering, he was accorded warm welcome and people showered rose petals on his arrival while the beautiful firework was also displayed. Speaking the ceremony the minister said that the voters of his constituency remained stand with him and rendered sacrifices for democracy and again elected him during the bye-election held last year in June.
He thanked the voters and supporters and said that efforts had been made for the completion of a number of development projects during the last one year for the elimination of backwardness from this constituency. Moreover, he said that uplift projects for the provision of durable roads, efficient sewerage system, rehabilitation of public parks, provision of education facilities and others basic amenities were being carried out with huge funds in PP 70 which were clear proof of his performance to serve the people of the area.
