Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said that some 10,000 families would be given houses free of cost during the current year. He chaired a meeting held at Chief Minister House on Thursday and reviewed the free housing project for homeless families in Sindh.
The present government, he pointed out, is striving day and night for solving the problems of people and in this regard pursuing the programme and policies of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto. He directed that work on housing project for poors be speeded up so that maximum number of families are benefited. The Chief Minister appreciated the performance of Peoples Housing Cell and said that greater care be taken of quality aspect.
