Security forces had unearthed and destroyed seven tunnels, eight hideouts and a training camp of terrorists during the operation in Badar and Sar areas of Swat valley, said a spokesman of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) here on Friday.
He said the security forces had also killed three terrorists and arrested 26 others during the operation in Swat and Dir regions of Malakand division during the last 24 hours. "The operation is going on in Malakand and security forces have recovered tunnels, hideouts and training camps of terrorists in Badar and Sar areas, while 26 terrorists have been arrested during the operation.

Two militants were killed near Gujro Qala in Malam Jabba, while some militant facilities were destroyed in Kozay Dharman in Lower Dir, he said, adding that there were reports of killing of a number of militants during the operation. The spokesman said so far 1,200 tons of ration from the Army quota had been distributed among the IDPs of Malakand and 50 tons of ration had been placed each at Malakand Fort, Chakdara and Mingora as part of Repatriation Package. Total 9,669 cash cards were distributed among the IDPs of Malakand, he added.
