Akber Public School celebrates Independence Day

"We believe in quality education and our educational institute is an undeniable proof of this phenomenon. The school's performance has been highly appreciated by notable persons, as the annual results of SSC Part-I and Part-II are evidences of our high standard and qualitative education."
This was stated by the principal of Akber Public Secondary School North Nazimabad Karachi on Friday while addressing the concluding session of Independence Day celebrations held in school's auditorium on August 14.
He said that the school's laudable performance has been made possible the sincere co-operation of management and painstaking efforts of our highly qualified teachers. He further said that "we had started this school with only five teachers but by the grace of God we have now the strength of one hundred teachers. The number of student has also increased considerably."
The Akber Secondary Public School's function was attended by parents and other guests including teachers and about more than 300 students. The students of different classes presented tableaux, recited Milli Naghmays and delivered speeches. Students paid rich tributes to the heroes of Pakistan movement and pledged that they will work for the progress and prosperity of Pakistan.
After students function, a Mushaira was also arranged, in which poets presented their verses in connection with Independence Day. The Mushaira was presided over by the famous poet Ejaz Rahmani and compered by Mahmood Ahmed Madani.-PR
