Wheat futures on the Chicago Board of Trade rose to a 1-1/2-week high early Tuesday on follow-through short covering after Monday's strong technical close, traders said. Kansas City Board of Trade and Minneapolis wheat markets were also higher early, following the strength in Chicago.
