The Ministry of Textile has issued three notifications for the implementation of Textile Policy. According to notifications, textile manufacturers will receive three- percent drawback on garments, two percent on home textile and one percent on fabrics, a private news channel reported. A relaxation of 2.5 percent is given in government interest rate under export financing.
The government has also given one-year relaxation to pay back the long-term loans, while the interest rate up to five percent is exempted.
