Operation Rah-e-Raast: would-be suicide bomber, seven other militants surrender

A 12-year-old would-be suicide bomber and seven other militants surrendered to security forces, while a militant was killed and six suspects were arrested in the operation Rah-e-Raast, on Saturday. According to the ISPR, a 12-year old suicide bomber along with his father, who was a local school teacher, voluntarily surrendered to security forces at Kuzshaur.
"During a search operation at Saso Sar near Matta, the security forces apprehended a terrorist (brother of terrorist Alias Akalmand), while in a search operation at Bodigram, a local terrorist commander, Usman Ali, was killed."
Seven terrorists voluntarily surrendered to security forces at Nagwa and Galoch, while in a search operation at Kabal, 4 terrorists were apprehended. Security forces conducted a search operation at Suripao near Lal Qila and destroyed 2 terrorist hideouts defusing an IED. Whereas, so far, 288,525 cash cards have been distributed to the IDPs of Malakand.
