PFF embraces 13th FIFA Fair Play Day

Winning is without value if victory has been achieved unfairly or dishonestly because playing fair requires courage and character while fair play always has its reward, even when the game is lost. Playing fair earns respect, while cheating only brings shame.
This was stated by Pakistan Football Federation (PFF)'s General Secretary Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Khan Yar Lodhi (Retd) during 13th FIFA Fair Play Day match at Model Town Football Academy Ground. PFF's Director Operation Wng Cmdr Pervaiz Saeed Mir (Retd), National Coach George Kottan, MTFA's President Mian Rizwan Ali were also present on this occasion.
PFF President in his message said, "Football is the world's greatest game. But it always needs everybody's help to maintain its greatness. Think of football's interests before your own. Think how your actions may affect the image of the game. Talk about the positive things in the game. Encourage other people to watch and play fairly, help others to have as much fun from football as you do. Be an ambassador for the game." All the Provincial Association celebrated the FIFA Fair Play Day. Punjab Football Association celebrated the Day during Lahore United and Sabzazar's Roma match of All Punjab Peace and Non Violence Football Cup.
