Bollywood’s most recent short lived relationship includes Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra, the couple apparently called it quits over Sidharth’s growing closeness to her other fellow actress, Jacqueline Fernandez.

Karan Johar’s protégé’s Alia and Sidharth seemingly started dating back a year back but trouble in paradise soon followed the new lovebirds when Sidharth started the shooting for ‘A Gentleman’ alongside his now latest rumored girl Jacqueline Fernandez.

The actress recently even un-followed Alia Bhatt on social media stirring up more heat, a close source revealed to PinkVilla, “But things came to light when Jacqueline quietly un-followed Alia Bhatt on Instagram a few weeks ago. This was a result of a major fight which apparently took place between Alia and Sidharth due to his closeness to Jacqueline. Few know that Jackie has been a constant factor in the actor’s life ever since they started shooting for 'A Gentleman' in Miami last year.”

The source further added that Alia had no clue about Sidharth’s fondness towards Jacqueline and had always been warm and kind towards her fellow actress until these revelations. The ex-couple has gone bitter towards each other including Jacqueline who has boycotted Alia Bhatt on the social media.
