Sindh High Court (SHC) has appointed an official assignee Kadir Bakhsh Umrani as liquidator for the liquidation of Alif Textile Industries Ltd, Apex Fabrics Ltd and Myfip Video Industries Ltd. According to information reaching KSE here Tuesday, the learned court has appointed Umrani in place of Atash Mirza advocate upon his death, on the request of SECP.
