APHC thanks Pakistani President and Prime Minister

The All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) in occupied Kashmir has thanked Pakistan's President, Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister, Yousuf Raza Gilani on their recent statements on Kashmir. According to Kashmir Media Service, talking to mediamen in Srinagar, the APHC Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq said, the fresh assertions of Pakistani leaders have generated a new hope amongst the Kashmiris.
He emphasised that these assertions have once again proved that Pakistani nation stands like a rock behind the people of Kashmir in their struggle for right to self-determination.
The JKLF-R also issued a similar statement expressing satisfaction over the assertions of the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan. On the other hand, senior Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani continued to remain under house arrest for the 11th consecutive day, on Sunday.
