The working class of Pakistan would celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr with austerity in view of the high price of essential commodities and abject poverty and aggravating unemployment and demonstrating solidarity with displaced brothers and sisters of Swat.
Khurshid Ahmed Secretary General of the Pakistan Workers Federation said in his message on the eve of Eid. He appealed to ulema to play their role for celebrating Eid on a single day.
