Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani directed the concerned authorities to immediately release the innocent persons arrested during Bara operation, on the personal guarantee of Federal Minister for Environment Hameedullah Jan Afridi.
The Prime Minister issued the direction on the request of the Minister for Environment who called on him at the Prime Minister House on Sunday afternoon. The Prime Minister gave directions to Fata Secretariat that arrangements should be made immediately for the proper look after of the dislocated persons from Khyber Agency.
The Prime Minister assured the federal government's support in this regard. Afridi also briefed the Prime Minister on the status of development projects in his constituency.
