Acting President Farooq H Naek has offered Eid prayers at Bagh-e-Jinnah here on Monday. Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan, City Nazim Syed Mustafa Kamal were also present on the occasion. Naek exchanged Eid greetings after the prayers with the representatives of armed forces, diplomats, Ulema, businessmen, peoples representatives, delegation of Bohri Jamaat, media persons and common citizens at Governor House alongwith Sindh Governor.
Sindh governor received public complaints on this occasion and issued necessary orders. Speaking on the occasion, he underlined the need for helping hand and support to the families of martyred officers and jawans of armed forces who rendered their lives in Swat and Malakand for the country and the nation. He reminded that an important aspect of the Eid is to pay attention to the less fortune segment of the society.
