Four traffic wardens sacked

Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) SSP Dr Muhammad Akhtar Abbas has terminated the services of four traffic wardens after proving their negligence and absence from duty. A press release issued by the City Traffic Headquarter on Sunday revealed that about 18 traffic wardens have also been awarded disciplinary punishment due to their slackness during duty.
Those traffic wardens who have been sacked include Zaheer, Yamin, Nouman and Tassadaq who had been facing allegations of not performing duties at their duty points. During inquiry, the allegations proved that the wardens had committed negligence.
