Parliamentary Secretary for Health Dr Mehreen Bhutto has said that community midwifery homes are being established at the far-flung areas of all provinces to provide basic health facilities to child and mother.
Talking to various delegations at her residence at Khairpur on Sunday, she said that focus of the government is upon primary and protective healthcare to achieve the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Dr Mehreen said that mobile dispensaries are also being constituted for providing immediate medical facilities to the people in rural areas.
