Capital City Police Officer (CCPO), Lahore Muhammad Pervez Rathore has said strict action would be taken against police officials indulging in illegal arrests or torture of people in police stations and those who misbehaved with people. CCPO asked Lahore Police to eliminate gangs involved in heinous crimes in the city.
He was talking to citizens on the occasion of Open Court held at Capital City Police Headquarters, here on Monday. CCPO said that every police officer and official of Lahore Police will have to play its role in eradication of crimes and protection of life and property of citizens.
