Ziquad moon may not be sighted today

The new Ziquad moon may not be sighted today (Monday), according to astronomical parameters. Therefore, Ziquad One, 1430 AH may fall on Wednesday. The moon crossed the conjunction line on yesterday (Sunday) at 1133 Pakistan Summer Time (PST). The sunset today will be at 1903 PST, and the evening civil twilight (ECTL) will be at 1926 PST. The moon will set at 1936 PST.
Thus the age of the new moon will be 31 hours and 53 minutes at ECTL. It will set 33 minutes after sunset and ten minutes after ECTL. At ECTL the moon will be at an altitude of one degree and 53 minutes and at an azimuth of 246 degrees and 31 minutes. According to astronomical parameters, there is practically no chance of sighting the new moon for Ziquad 1430 AH today. The weather is expected to be partly cloudy.
