No talks with militants until they surrender: Durrani

Minister of State for Industries and Productions, Ayatullah Durrani said on Tuesday that option of discussion with the militants can be considered only when they surrender to the law enforcing agencies by laying down their arms. Talking to PTV, the Minister said that in the ongoing conditions when the military operation was going on, there was no question of any dialogue or negotiation.
He said that government wanted to provide peaceful living conditions to the local population in the South Waziristan, and the operation was not focused against any tribe.
