Pakistan Football Federation (PFF)'s President, Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat has approved 70 players in the build up for the National U-19 football team to appear in the 36th AFC U-19 Championship (Group-D) 2009 to be played from 8th-16th December 2009. The camp will commence on Tuesday (today) at Lahore's Punjab Stadium and conclude on the stroke of opening ceremony of the five-team event.
Pakistan U-19 team will take on tough nations Iran, Lebanon, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan in the event, in which players born on or after 1st January 1991 will be eligible to appear.
