Pakistan Engineering Congress (PEC) is organising a lecture on "Modern Concrete System for Construction and Repairs" on Saturday (tomorrow) at the PEC building in Lahore. Vice President of PEC Professor Dr Engineer Syed Ali Rizwan will deliver the lecture. Former Secretary Irrigation and Power Government of Punjab Syed Mansoob Ali Zaidi will also deliver a lecture on "Project Quality Management".
