Nespak helps smaller firms to win projects through competition

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Nespak) which is the country's leading firm of consulting Engineers, has considerably helped other smaller consultancy firms of Pakistan in entering into joint ventures by pooling their technical expertise and financial resources in order to win local and foreign projects through competition.
This was stated by Managing Director Nespak Asad I A Khan on Friday. He said that as a result of this technical co-operation, a large number of well established Pakistani firms are now providing satisfactory consultancy services at home and abroad. He also said that in some cases Nespak is the leading firm in these joint ventures.
He further said that these Pakistani joint ventures have replaced the foreign companies in several disciplines and also promoted self-confidence and self-reliance among them. "Our focus is on excellence and top quality work in the globalised environment and Pakistani firms of consulting engineers have won several contracts through tough international competition and earned appreciation of local and foreign clients", MD said.
He said that because of rapid developments in the world in consulting and contracting services, Nespak has also been updating knowledge base of its technical personnel in software and hardware to keep them abreast with the latest technological developments and management techniques. He also said that most of the engineers in Nespak have been provided laptops and other facilities to update their professional knowledge.
