KARACHI: A man was killed and two others injured as a fire erupted after a blast in a cosmetics factory at Shahrah-e-Faisal area of the city on Wednesday.

According to rescue sources, a 23-year-old man, Salman Sarwar, died and two others sustained burn injuries when the fire erupted after a blast in a cosmetics factory at Shahrah-e-faisal near Nursery.

The body and injured were shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi for an autopsy and treatment, respectively.
