Forces arrest 87 terrorists in Khyber Agency

Security forces on Monday arrested 87 terrorists during ongoing military operation in Tehsil Bara of Khyber Agency and took full control of Gagari, main area of the agency. According to sources in the Ministry of Defence, Pakistan army is gradually taking control of major areas of the agency and so far killed many terrorists including those of foreign origin.
Sources said the security forces are combing terrorist hideouts and dismantling their network. Besides, the influence of Mangal Bagh's organisation has been marginalised in Khyber Agency by the security forces. Meanwhile, during Operation Rah-e-Nijat in South Waziristan, security forces carried out sanitization at Kulal Raghzai and consolidating their position.
In a search operation at Tank the security forces arrested 1 suspected terrorist. According to the ISPR spokesman, one solider was injured when terrorists fired four rockets at Ladha Fort. Security forces effectively responded to the terrorist attacks at Pash Ziarat and Kam Narakai.
During a clearance operation at Mir Khoni one solider got injured. Sharing the details of Operation Rah-e-Raast at Swat and Malakand, the ISPR spokesman said a 15-feet long cave was found during a search operation at Chakral. While a 10-feet long tunnel was found at Shagai near Piochar. Four terrorists were arrested during the search operation at Jumnari, Dogalgai near Biha, Usmanabad, Gul Banda and Mashkumai while 5 were arrested at Pallai.
