A division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) will hear on Wednesday, a constitution petition seeking action against those, who benefited from NRO (National Reconciliation Ordinance). The petition was filed by a social worker Syed Iqbal Kazmi. He prayed to the court to take cognisance of the fact that NRO has lost its applicability and cases of those benefited from NRO shall be re-opened.
