Deaths of two minors: Chief Justice LHC blames police officials

Chief Justice Lahore High Court (LHC) while hearing a suo motu notices against the deaths of two minors, remarked that police department is filled with incompetent persons as their inefficiency caused death to two minors who were murdered after subjecting to sodomy. Had police been efficient, it would have arrested the criminals but it miserably failed to trace out culprits despite having clues about their movement.
CJ directed SPs concerned, present in the court, to file detailed reports on both incidents by December 4. As per details, class four student Muzammal, who was only brother of four sisters and son of a tailor resident of Dhani Ram Road, New Anarkali, Lahore, was kidnapped nine days ago by unknown persons. Later, he was found strangled to death after committing sodomy. Another minor victim aged four year was thrown into the canal after committing sodomy in the area of Satto Katla and his body was found floating near Doctors Hospital.
