Chairman Pakistan Railways, Sami Khilji has constituted a four-member committee comprising principal officers to investigate derailment of Karakoram Express. The committee will submit its report within a week and Chief Engineer, Chief Mechanical Engineer, Chief Engineer Signal and Chief Operating Superintendent are the members of this committee.
