Drive against terror suspects: 200 persons mostly without NICs held

Security agencies launched a crackdown against terror suspects in industrial city and rounded up more than 200 persons most of them without National ID cards. According to details, law enforcement agencies arrested more than 200 people for investigation from Clock Tower, Rex City and Peoples Colony, while 103 men were held in other districts of the Faisalabad Division.
Punjab Government has directed to the Police to nab suspicious people who could not prove their identities nor are suspected of having links with terrorists. After the blasts in Multan, Lahore and Rawalpindi, police started a search operation and arrested more than 303 people in the division. Whereas, security agencies are closely monitoring the southern side of the province for suspected terrorists. However, most of the people were released after brief investigation.
