Former Ambassador and distinguished worker of Pakistan Movement, Dr Samiullah Qureshi said on Saturday the nation can meet the present challenges by following ideology of founder of the nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. "We can play our role to make Pakistan a welfare and democratic and Islamic State," he made these remarks while speaking at a seminar organised by Anjuman Faiz ul Islam in connection with birth anniversary of Quaid-a-Azam, Muhammad Ali Jinnah here.
He said that Pakistan is gift of Quaid-e-Azam who managed to get a piece of land for the Muslims of sub-continent. By implementing vision of the Quaid-e-Azam, we can bring peace and prosperity in Pakistan, he added. President, Anjuman Faiz ul Islam, Mian Siddique Akbar speaking on the occasion, asked the people to think like one nation to overcome the recent crisis.
"We should evolve and adopt independent policies and guide our coming nation into right direction," he added. Senior Vice President of Anjuman, Dr Riaz Ahmed said that Quaid-e-Azam was great leader who gave conscious to the nation and put them on the road to independence. Chairman, Educational Committee, Professor Irfan Niaz said that Quaid-e-Azam was liberator of Muslims of the sub-continent and the new generation can progress with dignity by following his vision.
Vice Principal of Faiz-ul-Islam Model Secondary School, Professor Abdul Razzaq Alvi also addressed the audience and highlighted various aspects of the life and achievements of Quaid-e-Azam. Vice President of the Anjuman, Dr M.D. Khan offered dua for the solidarity and prosperity of the country.
