Ahmed Raza Qadri, belonging to Muslim Conference has won the by-polls at LA-40 valley 5 Azad Kashmir, according to unofficial results on Sunday. According to private TV channel, Ahmed Raza Qadri secured victory after getting 2158 votes while Abdul Salam Butt belonging to People's Party Azad Kashmir got 1057 votes.
