Session range from $1.3145 to $1.3355. Lower on continued March/May spreading and pressure from the dollar and commodity complex, said brokers. March raw sugar fell 0.49 cent to 27.04 cents per lb at 11:02 am.
Trading range from 26.93 to 27.95 cents. Stumbled with rest of commodity complex on firm dollar as worries over the Greece debt rescue plan and China's monetary tightening put pressure on the complex, said dealers. Benchmark May cocoa contract dropped $38 to $3,078 per tonne at 11:03 am. Trading from $3,045 to $3,134. US cocoa futures eased along with other commodities as risk aversion hit the complex, said traders.
