Body set up to probe into patient's death

A three-member inquiry committee has been constituted to probe the death of a patient, Zohra Bibi, aged 50, due to alleged negligence of doctors at Services hospital here. MS Dr Muhammad Javed said on Wednesday that the inquiry committee was headed by Aziz-ur-Rehman and has members-Senior Consultant Dr Muhammad Ashfaq and AMS Emergency Dr Rehana Malik.
The committee was bound to present its inquiry report within two days, stated a hand out. The MS warned that if concerned doctors were found guilty they would be taken to task.
