Zulfiqar listens to complaints at chief minister Complaint Cell

Sindh Minister for Home and Forests, Dr Zulfiqar Ali Mirza has said that maintenance of Law and Order is on the top of priority list of PPP government and any excuse or slackness on the part of police and law enforcing agencies wouId not be tolerated.
Responding to telephone calls at Chief Minister Public Complaint Cell (919) here on Friday, the Minister said security to life and property of citizens is the top priority. He informed that various incentive schemes and welfare projects for Police department have been initiated to help overcome their problems. Mirza said that under the President's directive Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Housing Cell (SBBHC} was established under which schemes are being launched for construction of one million housing units each year.
He said schemes for provision of flats and plots measuring 80 sq.yds are also being introduced for homeless people in Urban areas with preference to be given to heirs of victims of terrorist's activities in their allotment. Zulfiqar said arrangements were underway to ensure massive plantation of "Neem" to check environmental pollution in the Province.
