Recent rains have positive impact on crop

Intermittent rains received throughout the province during the last fortnight have brought down the temperature, which would have a positive effect on the present season crop growth. This was stated by Malik Ahmad Ali Aulakh, Minister for Agriculture, Punjab while addressing farmers' convocation, said a spokesman of the agriculture department here on Monday.
The minister said that these rains along with low temperature would have very positive effect on the crop growth, especially wheat and oilseed crops.
