Federal Adviser on Textile, Dr Mirza Ikhtiar Baig has suggested to exercise the rights of the consumers on utilities companies like KESC, Pepco, Water Board, PTCL etc on account of their poor product services, excessive/average billing with "no say" of a consumer.
He was speaking at a seminar organised by Standard Gazette International to celebrate "World Consumer Rights Day" in collaboration with PSQCA at a local hotel.
