Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has allowed 30-day extension to Silkbank Ltd in holding Annual General Meeting (AGM) and laying therein the annual audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2009. According to a communiqué sent to KSE here on Thursday, Silkbank said that SECP has advised the bank to circulate its annual accounts, at least 21 days prior to the date of holding AGM.
