Both the futures were higher on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Wednesday as buyers indulged in fresh purchasing, dealers said. The May contract had ended at Rs 997.20 on Tuesday and it started with a slight rise of 20 paisa at Rs 997.40, dealers said. The new July vaida that closed at Rs 962.00 and commenced with a gain of 30 paisa at Rs 962.30, they added.
