In a picture circulating on social media, Malala can be seen wearing jeans and a jacket but has her hair covered. She usually makes public appearances in traditional Pakistani dresses. Some people admire her for being empowered and incredibly strong, while others continue to show their hatred towards her.

Initially, the picture surfaced on Siasat.pk, a Pakistani Facebook group, which got everyone talking. Captioned with, ‘Malala Yousafzai in UK’, the photo has gone viral with over 2,000 shares in less than 24 hours.
