The open interest at the futures counter increased by 26 percent on week-on-week basis to Rs 1.852 billion. However, the spread declined by 89bbps to 5.71 percent during the week. Trading activity remained low and the volume at the futures counter declined by 16.5 percent to 6.7 million shares.
