The Anti-Terrorism Court-I while issuing the arrest warrants of Mumbai mayhem case directed the FIA to fulfil legal requirements in connection with producing the main accused in the court. Anti Terror Court-I resumed the hearing of Mumbai attack case on Saturday.
FIA had submitted an application under section 88, 89 pleading the summoning of main accused Ajmal Kasab and Fahim Ansari here at the ATC-I. The court while accepting the plea of (FIA) Federal Investigation Agency issued non-bailable arrest warrants of both the accused of Mumbai attack case and adjourned the hearing till May 8. Both the accused Ajmal Kasab and Fahim Ansari are in the Indian custody nowadays.
